01Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, installing, or using Arrow Escape, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

02What Arrow Escape is

Arrow Escape is a sliding-block puzzle game for Android. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Arrow Escape on devices you own or control, solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.

03Your account

Arrow Escape doesn't require you to register with a name, email, or password. Level progress is stored locally on your device by default. If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games, your progress is instead tied to your Google account so it can follow you to a new device — see Privacy Policy, Section 3.

04Subscriptions & billing

• The App offers an optional "No Ads" Monthly (₹40) or Yearly (₹400) auto-renewing subscription, which removes banner and pop-up ads and unlocks 5 lives per level and larger hint refills instead of 3.
• All payments are processed by Google Play Billing. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown at purchase unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from the Google Play Store app's Subscriptions section — not from within the App itself.
• Refunds are handled according to Google Play's own refund policy, not by us directly.
• Rewarded video ads (for extra lives or hint refills) remain available to every player, subscribed or not, and are a separate, optional, free path — not a subscription.

05Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App to bypass its subscription or advertising systems.
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the App.
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms, consistent with Section 10.

06Advertising

Arrow Escape shows ads served through Google AdMob to keep the game free, and offers optional rewarded video ads as a free path to extra lives and hints. See Privacy Policy, Section 4 for the full disclosure and your consent choices.

07Intellectual property

Arrow Escape, including its design, artwork, code, and puzzles, is owned by Codinja Nexus Private Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you beyond the limited license in Section 2.

08Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Codinja Nexus Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You can stop using the App, and uninstall it, at any time. Terminating your use of the App does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription — that's managed separately through Google Play.

11Age restriction

Arrow Escape is not directed at children under 13. See Privacy Policy, Section 8 for how this is handled.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Goa, India.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time, for example to reflect new features or changes in legal requirements. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do.
