Arrow Escape ("we", "our", "the app") is a puzzle game developed by Codinja Nexus Private Limited ("we", "us"). This explains what Arrow Escape collects, exactly how and why it's used, where it's stored, and the choices you have. By installing or using Arrow Escape, you agree to the practices described below.

In short

No account, no name, no email — your level progress stays on your device unless you opt into cloud save.
Ads via Google AdMob support the free game — see Section 4 for your consent choices.
No Ads subscription payments are processed entirely by Google Play — we never see your card details.
No data selling, ever, and no analytics or tracking SDK beyond what's listed here.

01What Arrow Escape collects

Arrow Escape does not ask you to create an account, and it doesn't run its own analytics or tracking. Your level progress and hint count are stored locally on your device by default. Data collection beyond that happens only through the specific third-party services below, each acting under its own privacy policy — Google AdMob (advertising), Google Play Billing (subscriptions), and Google Play Games Services (optional cloud save).

03Cloud save (Google Play Games Services)

If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games from the Settings screen, Arrow Escape stores your level progress and hint count in your Google Play Games cloud save, tied to your Google account, so progress carries over to a new device. Signing in is entirely optional — the game works fully offline without it, saving progress locally on your device instead. See Google's Privacy Policy for how Google itself handles this data.

04Advertising

Arrow Escape shows banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded video ads via Google AdMob to keep the game free. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID), approximate location, and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads.

Where required — for example, players in the EEA/UK — Arrow Escape asks for your consent to personalized advertising via Google's User Messaging Platform before any ad request is made, and you can change that choice at any time from Settings → Privacy Options. See Google's Ads Policy for how Google handles this data.

Watching a rewarded ad for an extra life or hint refill is entirely optional. Closing or skipping an ad never affects any feature you already have access to.

05Subscriptions

The optional "No Ads" subscription (Monthly or Yearly) is processed entirely through Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment card details — Google handles billing and only tells Arrow Escape whether your subscription is currently active, so the game can remove ads and unlock the extra lives/hints perks that come with it.

06Notifications

Arrow Escape can schedule local reminder notifications ("come back and play") directly on your device. These are generated and scheduled entirely on-device — nothing about them is sent to us or any third party, and you can disable notifications for the app at any time from your device's system settings.

07What we don't do

  • We do not sell your data to anyone, under any circumstances.
  • We do not run our own analytics, crash reporting, or tracking SDK.
  • We do not require an account, a name, or an email address to play.
  • We do not share your level progress or hint count with anyone — it's yours.

08Children's privacy

Arrow Escape is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the email in Section 13 so we can address it.

09Data retention

Locally stored progress remains on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall it. Cloud save data persists for as long as your Google Play Games account stays linked to the app. Advertising and billing data is retained according to Google's own retention policies for AdMob and Google Play Billing, linked in Sections 4 and 5.

10Your rights and choices

  • Change your ad consent choice anytime via Settings → Privacy Options (where shown).
  • Manage or cancel your subscription anytime via the Google Play Store app.
  • Disable notifications anytime via your device's system settings.
  • Play fully offline, without a Google Play Games sign-in, if you'd rather not use cloud save.
  • Delete locally stored progress by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it from your device's Settings → Apps.
  • Unlink cloud save data by signing out of Google Play Games from within the app, or by managing your Google Account's app data directly at myaccount.google.com.

If you are in India — your rights under the DPDP Act, 2023

Your data is handled in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, to the extent applicable to the limited subscription and advertising data described above. As a Data Principal under the Act, you have the right to access, correct, or request erasure of your personal data, and to raise a grievance with our designated Grievance Officer (contact details in Section 13). We aim to resolve grievances within 90 days, in line with the DPDP Rules, 2025.

Quickest path: since Arrow Escape doesn't hold an account tied to your identity, uninstalling the app and unlinking Google Play Games (see above) removes everything we have. For anything else, contact us at the email in Section 13.

11Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect the limited data Arrow Escape does transmit, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) to Google Play and AdMob services. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using commercially reasonable means.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect new features or changes in legal requirements. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do.
