This explains how refunds and cancellations work for the Arrow Escape "No Ads" subscription, published by Codinja Nexus Private Limited. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Arrow Escape's only paid offering is the optional "No Ads" subscription (Monthly or Yearly). Every payment for it is billed and collected entirely by Google Play Billing — Codinja Nexus Private Limited never receives, processes, or stores your card, UPI, or other payment details, and we don't hold your money at any point. This means refund decisions and the mechanics of issuing them sit with Google, under Google Play's own refund policy, not with us directly.
Arrow Escape does not offer a free trial or introductory pricing period on the No Ads subscription — the price you see at purchase (₹40/month or ₹400/year) is what you're charged immediately, with no automatic conversion from a trial to charge you unexpectedly later.
You can cancel anytime from the Google Play Store app's Subscriptions section — not from within Arrow Escape itself, since the game never has direct access to your subscription controls. Cancelling stops the subscription from renewing at the end of the current billing period; it does not refund the period you've already paid for, and you keep the No Ads perks (no banner/pop-up ads, 5 lives, 10-hint refills, mid-level resume) until that period ends.
Switching between Monthly and Yearly plans from Settings moves you to the new plan through Google Play's own subscription-replacement flow, which applies Google's own proration rules to the switch — we don't set or override those.
Because Google Play Billing handles 100% of the transaction, refund requests go through Google, not us:
We don't hold your payment, so we can't issue a refund ourselves the way a direct merchant could. What we can do: if a bug in Arrow Escape charged you twice for the same period, failed to unlock the No Ads perks after a successful payment, or otherwise billed you incorrectly because of something on our end, contact us at the email in Section 9 with your Google Play order number — we'll investigate and, where it's our error, help escalate a refund request to Google on your behalf with that context attached.
Watching a rewarded video ad for an extra life or a hint refill is free and optional — it's not a purchase, so there's nothing to refund there. The only thing this policy covers is the paid No Ads subscription described above.
If you're purchasing from India, nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you already have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or other applicable Indian law. Where a legally mandated refund applies and Google's own process doesn't already cover it, contact our Grievance Officer (Section 9) and we'll work with you to resolve it.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in Google Play's billing or refund process. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do.
Questions about billing or a refund that Google Play's own process didn't resolve can be sent to:
